Hello.  Lloyd Bernard is an honest, trustworthy person.  He is an experienced professional and can meet all of your real estate needs.  Lloyd's clients benefit from his product knowledge, transaction analysis, and his persistence.  He goes the extra mile to treat you like family.

Lloyd was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  He was valedictorian of his 8th grade class at Prince of Peace Christian Day School in 1975.  Lloyd was accepted into Samuel J. Tilden High School's exclusive program for students interested in Law Politics and Community (LPC) Affairs.   Four years later, Lloyd was part of the  first graduating class of LPC students.

Lloyd graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1984 with a Master's Degree in Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.  He also was co-founder of Stony Brook's number one DJ's: Long Island Sound. 

After college graduation, Lloyd interned as an Assistant Budget Analyst with the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) in Washington, DC.  After a year, Lloyd returned home to pursue his original goal of attending law school.  He enrolled in New York University School of Law and graduated with a J.D. degree in 1988. 

Lloyd Bernard has been admitted to the bar to practice law in Washington, DC, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Following law school graduation, Lloyd returned to Washington, DC to practice corporate securities law for the next 13 years at two private law firms and a Federal government agency.

In 2002 Lloyd transitioned from being an attorney helping corporations with investments, to being a licensed Realtor helping individuals pursue their homeownership dreams.  Lloyd provides honest, candid and personal service to his customers and clients.  He uses his experience, intellect and keen investment judgment to help people make sound and profitable real estate investments.  Through changing market conditions, Lloyd's clients have benefited from his thoughtful strategies to sell and buy homes that fit them now and in the future.

Lloyd is a married Father and coaches his two sons basketball and baseball teams.  The Bernard Family actively supports their schools.
